My initial thoughts were quite fluid as we had booked via nusuk and didn’t know next steps. Ikram was really good as he only relayed information what was true and confirmed and did not allow rumours to be created or spread. Secondly communication was really good as Ikram always did mashwera with the group if he wanted our opinion and was always open to our ideas also. We had a couple of issues with our hotel in Madinah and Ikram didn’t hesitate to sort straight away. Although everything was booked via nusuk he understood everyone’s needs and knew what to do. I would definitely book with Ikram direct whether it’s umrah or if it was hajj I would choose a package he is on.

He has been available for questions and is very knowledgeable.
Ikram has come across as someone who has a lot of experience and this shows in his work, which also gives us a lot of reassurance.
He has been with us all throughout the journey, every step of the way, which made our journey smoother.
This was very important for us as it is our first time for Hajj, therefore we had some concerns but Ikram was very supportive.
Also we found that he was very good at communicating and constantly sent messages and reminders.
He also showed concern for the group and it’s individual members, like messaging us to check on us if he hadn’t seen us for a few days etc.
